Down To Earth Family Farm Rebrand (2022)

For this project, I was tasked with rebranding a family farm with an old outdated logo. It needed to be updated and simplified to include only 2 colors for printing.

This was the original logo

My initial logo sketches included a UFO stealing a cow and the silhouettes of a family. These quickly proved to be too complex, so I drew the planet Earth. I decided that black and white were the best colors for the logo because they're clean and simple, and as an added bonus, match cow spots! Once I realized that my planet earth looked like cow spots, I made sure to round all the corners and lean into the cow print planet.
